Different products require different amounts of
time to create. We custom create all of our products after the order is
placed. The typical range to create products is 3-7 days. Shipping then
takes 3-5 days within the United States. If you happen to purchase a mug along with your order of any apparel the mugs will ship out separate as it requires special packaging.
We apologize for not
having shorter lead times however we will always supply tracking information each time an item is sent out. We promise the custom products you
receive will be worth the wait!
If you receive an item and wish to return it you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item.
We will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, they will process your refund to your original payment method, PayPal, or credit/debit card.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case we will refund reasonable return postage.
The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition save for your right to inspect the goods and try on the garments. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to us undamaged. If you have any further questions on returns, refunds or cancellations please contact us.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and a team member for online store will contact you and provide further information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
