Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all our products worldwide from our distribution centers in the US and UK.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship using a range of couriers to ensure you get the cheapest possible shipping worldwide.
Your order will ship via one of the following couriers depending on the destination country:

How long will it take to get my items?
We always aim to get your new items to you as soon as possible and ship our products from the USA and the UK, whichever is closest. Processing of orders can take up to 2-5 business days before shipping.
Average shipping times are shown below: –
- USA: Delivery in 1-5 working days
- UK: Delivery in 1-3 working days
- EU: Delivery in 2-5 working days
- Rest of the World: Delivery in 3-10 days (dependant on location)
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major debit and credit cards through PayPal.
Orders and Returns
Do I need an account to place an order?
Once you complete the checkout process an account will be automatically created and your password emailed to the email address provided.
How do I track my order?
You can track the progress of your order by navigating to My Account > Order Tracking or by clicking here My Account

How can I receive a refund?
If you receive an item and wish to return it you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item.
We will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, they will process your refund to your original payment method, PayPal, or credit/debit card.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case we will refund reasonable return postage.
The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition save for your right to inspect the goods and try on the garments. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to us undamaged. If you have any further questions on returns, refunds or cancellations please contact us.
Can I exchange a product?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we'll send you instructions.
